BENEFITS
We believe in providing guidelines for our staff to operate within instead of putting up fences that can restrict out of the box thinking. Giving our staff the freedom to operate in a way that best works for them, allows them to bring their best selves to work. However, with freedom comes responsibility, and the expectation to follow through on what you say you will do. We understand this approach is not for everyone. Think Shift is for those who blaze the path for their own growth, those who challenge the status quo to find a better way, those who are committed to protecting, preserving and overall, enhancing what has been entrusted to them.
Think Shift provides an attractive, market-researched comprehensive compensation plan, which includes base salary and company bonus. Employees enjoy a range of benefits, some of which include:
Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits coverage
Semi-annual bonuses (based on Company performance)
Flexible work arrangements (remote position)
Year-round opportunities for internal and external training and development programs
