Main Responsibilities
- The transport driver is responsible to ensure that all existing regulations and codes are followed.
- Pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicles, including checking and filling fluid levels
- Ability to manoeuvre on the road and on customer's property in a sage manner
- Always maintain the cleanliness of the inside and outside of the vehicle
- Must maintain a valid license and TDG card
- Ability to accurately document inventory levels on the vehicle and proper complete driver's electronic logs and delivery paperwork
- Proper handling of hazardous materials in accordance with regulations related to transportation and storage
- Preform specific duties to support site operations and customer deliveries
- Any deficiencies related to the vehicle or processing equipment must be reported the same day to management and prepare a work order.
Required skills and competencies :
- Driver's license: Class DZ
- Experience: 1 year experience and a good driving record
- No legal impediments related to the job
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Productive without compromising quality
- Be punctual, diligent, reliable and enjoy teamwork
- Demonstrate good customer service skills
- Must be flexible to customer demands and basic vehicle maintenance
- Understand customer needs
- Considerate personality to adapt pleasantly in the presence of customers
- Knowledge of health and safety standands and compliance
- Knowledge of human resource principles and practices
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements

- Must successfully complete a criminal reference check

Work conditions :
- Employment status: full-time, permanent
- Hours worked after 40 hours are paid at time and a half as well as statutory holidays
