The Sales Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the sales process for the Company's retirement home in Greely, Ontario.
The Sales Manager will develop leads, conduct tours, complete the sales process and ensure a smooth transition for new residents. Additionally, this position will contribute to marketing including social media, partnerships and community outreach. This will include promoting the residence to community-based groups offering support services to seniors as well as to senior's groups within the local community. As an outgoing self-starter with excellent people skills the Manager works well both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have 2 years sales/public relations experience preferably in the seniors housing industry
Must have previous experience using social media to achieve sales targets.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be able to adjust personal schedule to accommodate tours and open houses on weekends and evenings
Must have computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word) and internet and email applications
Must be able to multi-task on several projects at once with excellent time management skills
Must have a valid driver's licence Must present a polished and presentable image to the public at all times and be able to represent/promote the residence at outside business meetings and community events.
